Students that attend our First Aid training courses will gain invaluable life skills through practical sessions and theoretical input. In most cases First Aid courses are scheduled over 6 hours teaching time per day plus breaks. During this time you will have the opportunity to practice many skills such as CPR, how to use a defibrillator and bandaging. These courses are assessed by a straightforward multiple choice paper and practical assessments where you will be able to demonstrate what you have learnt. Pulse First Aid Ltd use trainers, many who have or still do work for the emergency services. This means they have experience through real situations. All of our trainers are fully qualified, have had a DBS check and undergo quality assurance checks annually if not before.
Accredited Level 3 First Aid courses are certified by Pulse First Aid Ltd under the Awarding Organisation ‘Qualsafe Awards’ giving you the peace of mind that your courses are delivered to the highest of standards.The HSE also state that companies can deliver first aid under a trade industry such as The First Aid Industry Body (FAIB) or independently providing they can evidence ‘Due Diligence’. Pulse First Aid Ltd can deliver training by any of these methods should you prefer. Course content and delivery is still all compliant. Certificates are valid for 3 years.
