This course is designed for those who work in a supervisory position in the food business.

They are not only responsible but also accountable for food safety. It is therefore important that they are equipped with both the knowledge and confidence to do their job effectively.

Who should attend?

This course is suitable for managers and supervisors in small, medium or large catering, manufacturing or retail businesses. Ideally they should have already completed level 2 award in food safety to have some foundation knowledge.

This course is accredited and certificated by the CIEH on successful completion of a multiple choice question paper.
