The level one course is designed to raise awareness of key food safety issues and to provide an induction to the importance of food hygiene.

Who should attend?
New employees with little or no knowledge of food safety.
Those who are assessed as low risk, i.e handling wrapped foods, kitchen porters and warehouse staff.

This course is three hours

Maximum 12 delegates
Certification
A certificate of attendance will be issued by 'Pulse' at the end of the course.
This course can be accredited and certificated by the CIEH or the Royal Society for Public Health on successful completion of a multiple choice question paper.
