Venue details:
Course Information: You will be issued with a First Aid Manual, which contains all relevant information. You may wish to bring a notepad & pen. A multiple-choice exam paper will need to be successfully completed. Certificates will be sent digitally after the course and are valid for 3 years.

What to Wear: Due to the various manoeuvres during training, which everyone participates in, it is advisable for all candidates to wear trousers.

Where to go: Once parked, go to Reception. You will then be directed to wait in the lobby area prior to the course starting or a member of the reception team will direct you to the applicable conference room.

Parking: The hotel offers 150 complimentary onsite parking spaces, but you MUST register your car registration on arrival to avoid fees. The hotel operates on an ANPR system, so it is vital this step is actioned.

Refreshments: Tea/coffee will be provided twice during the day. The Hotel Restaurant is open for lunch but booking may be required. Packed lunches may only be consumed within the training room.

Cancellation/ Postponement Fee: Should you wish to cancel or postpone your place then charges are as follows: If more than 14 days before course date there will be no charge. If cancellation or postponement is less than 2 weeks before course date then full course fees will be charged. Please note any students failing to attend the course will lose their course fee.
