The Blended Emergency First Aid at Work is a 6hr course. 4 hours of this are face to face in addition to 2hrs being completed online. This course cover the basics of First Aid. 

It is strongly recommended that the eLearning module is completed prior to the practical face to face training day to ensure that learners have the opportunity to ask their trainer any questions about what they have learned and so that the trainer can test learners’ knowledge in the classroom before issuing the full  First Aid certificate.

Those who attend will be able to act as a first aider in the workplace.

We can come and deliver this course at your workplace you which allows you the flexibility to start as early or as late as suits your work patten.

Each student will receive a colorful, comprehensive manual and a certificate that will be valid for 3 years.

Assessment: You will be required to successfully complete a short multiple choice paper and will be assessed on your practical skills to qualify for your certificate.

This Emergency First Aid at Work course has a mix of theory and practical elements. You will be required to kneel on the floor for some of the practical elements.

  • Students should be aware that they must attend all sessions to be eligible for assessment.
  • Students must be physically able to carry out the practical assessments detailed in the Course content to achieve the course certificate

This course is ideal when the need for a full three day First Aid at Work qualified first aider is not necessary. Those who attend will acquire the necessary knowledge to manage first aid provision and respond to emergencies within their workplace.
