The Level 3 Basic Life Support for Infants, Children and Adults in a Clinical Setting is a 3 hour course and covers CPR, AED and Recovery position for infants, children and adults. 

The Learner does not need to be a clinician. The qualification and learning outcomes are based on the recommendations of the Resuscitation Council (UK) and a distinguished panel of experts in emergency medical care.
Successful learners will attain the practical competencies needed to safely use an AED and perform BLS interventions on adults, children and infants in a clinical setting.

Should you require one of our trainers to deliver this training at your workplace you have the flexibility of starting the course as early as you would like or alternatively you can request a later start on dates of your choice that suit you and your staff.

Each student will receive a colourful, comprehensive manual and a certificate that will be valid for 3 years.

This course meets the standards required to comply with Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981

Assessment: You will be required to successfully complete an assessment of your practical skills to qualify for your certificate.

This First Aid at Work has a mix of theory and practical elements. You will be required to kneel on the floor for some of the practical elements.

  • Students should be aware that they must attend all sessions to be eligible for assessment.
  • Students must be physically able to carry out the practical assessments detailed in the Course content to achieve the course certificate
